Architecture Reviews

The Architecture Review Committee (ARC) is responsible for the review and approval of exterior improvements and structures as well as maintaining and protecting the economic property and aesthetic values of homes within the community. The Ben Oaks ARC is made of the directors, anyone community members interested in being a part of the review process please email the arc. 

The ARC has established a standard set of guidelines that are used in the review of homeowner lot improvement requests. Current improvements that must be submitted for ARC approval include but not limited to:

Siding Changes

Roofing Changes

House Additions

Driveway/Asphalt Extensions

Solar Panels

Patios
