HOA POSITIONS AND ROLES:


President:  Responsible for all legal matters relating to the HOA, serves as head of the Board of Directors, involved in all aspects of HOA management to include ARC approvals, Landscape Contracts, disputes, insurance.


Vice President:Assists the HOA President with all duties, serves on the Board of Directors to assist in making all HOA decisions.


Treasurer: Member of the HOA Board, handles all of the HOA finances to include paying all invoices, budget projections, annual taxes, and annual dues collection.  Assists in making all HOA decisions.


Secretary: Captures the meeting minutes from all Board Meetings, assists in all facets of HOA planning and decision making


Architectural Review Committee: Review all ARC Requests and assist the Board of Directors with the evaluation / communication process.   CURRENTLY VACANT


Social Committee:  Organize and plan for community events, procure necessary resources and funding to execute
