Assessments
As noted in the official governing documents, The Declaration of Covenants, the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws, the collection of the annual assessments are to be enforced by the HOA.
The assessment for 2024 will be unchanged at $300. This is a once-a-year payment, and will be due March 31. The HOA will be mailing the annual assessment invoices in mid-February. Currently, payment must be made via a personal check but we hope to have an online payment option in place shortly. Payments this year should be mailed to our new mailing address:

Late and non-payments are subject to interest charges of 12% per annum. Additionally, a lien may be levied against the property and it and any legal fees in connection with a late or non-payment shall also be added to the original assessment.
